Today’s design and build process requires cutting-edge technology and techniques - such as generative AI, 3D CAD software, AR/VR, LIDAR scanning, and drone photography - to turn concepts into reality.

Recent advancements in artificial intelligence have many exciting practical applications, in areas such as generative design, urban planning, landscape design, predictive maintenance, and sustainable design. We consider tech like AI to be a collaborative partner that aids us at each stage of a project, from conceptualization all the way through to execution.

Responsible use of generative AI allows us to quickly provide clients with concepts to provide feedback. Our high-quality, rapid, in-house 3D renderings help us translate designs into something understandable. VR and AR takes our clients through a space before any construction has begun to evaluate proportions, flow and feel.

Through LIDAR scanning and drone photography, we are able to take as-built drawings and site photos to model existing sites and buildings, ensuring our design is based on the reality of the site conditions, with no errors or suppositions causing cascading issues. We also have experience using archival hard copy drawings and legacy file types for heritage or older projects that require modernization.
