404 Old Weston Road is our large scale reclamation development in Toronto's Stockyards district. It includes two residential (27 and 32 stories) and one commercial office towers (12 stories), with direct access to Ontario's planned Keele Street GO station, plus an 8-story residential podium.
The development features modern rental towers with incorporating amenities such as full rentable retail units at ground level, child daycare facilities in the north tower, and commercial office space that leverages the location's proximity to the aforementioned proposed GO station.
Project
Description
Our design incorporates the existing public transit bus turn around the corner. The site is bisected by two new proposed streets that allow for frontage for residential towers away from the traffic of Old Weston Road and incorporates park space, playgrounds and other amenities for the new tenants.
Child care facilities are housed on the eighth floor of the north building with a large open play area. Underground parking for the entire development was designed with connecting tunnels.
