Our Bloor and Perth project is a large scale reclamation development in the Roncesvalles area of Toronto. The 17-storey rental residential tower features direct access to Bloor Go Station, and includes full rentable retail units at ground level.
Our innovative design follows city-required green standards and amenity requirements, and also provides access to the walkable West Toronto Railpath.
Project
Description
The site is adjacent to CN and GO train rail lines as well as the Bloor Street Underpass.
This created a unique design challenge that we were able to meet, leveraging our decades of experience and familarity with the transit-forward area.
