This modern cottage is situated amongst the 30,000 islands on the east shore of Georgian Bay, a part of the UNESCO-recognized Georgian Bay Biosphere Reserve.
The cottage residence sits nestled into the forest with filtered views from interior to water, revealing an area of picturesque Precambrian shield rock and windswept pine trees.
It features burnt Shou Sugi Ban wooden exterior siding, undulating exterior decks that follow the natural topography, and floor-to-ceiling glazing with dark reflective panels that dissapear into the landscape.
