Our renovation and addition to an existing single-story residence southwest of the Village of Caledon in Ontario reflects the grandeur and history of the surrounding Niagara Escarpment landscape.

Sitting within 25 acres of wooded forest on top of a small plateau, the residence was enhanced with a new living room, loft retreat, master bedroom with ensuite, master sitting area, double car garage and ground related solarium.

The result was a newly created sense of discovery upon the client's arrival to the house, complete with an intimate and secluded rear courtyard residence entrance.

Project
Description

Our design philosophy utilized the site's natural topography, integrating the
addition onto the existing structure as a three-story cascade nestled into the side of the
plateau.

This provided exceptional views from amenity spaces to beautiful Lake Ontario and the city of Toronto to the southwest.
