We succesfully completed a total renovation and preservation of an existing 3500 sq/ft colonial mansion located in the historic Roseland enclave in Burlington, Ontario.
The new 4000 square foot addition engages the site on two sides, seamlessly integrating into the style of the neighbourhood.
Working alongside Burlington Heritage and the Burlington Historical Society, all finishes were carefully selected to adhere to the historical language of the existing structure.
Project
Description
We added a new 3-car garage with executive suite above, as well as a new front entrance portico in the historical style of Greenwich Colonialism. New landscaping introduced on both sides of the property to set the building within a picturesque frame.
Other notable features: an exterior courtyard landscaping with salt water pool refurbishment; wood shaker roofing and copper downspouts; window sizes proportionate to the stylistic language; eyebrow window centered over main entrance.
